How to put an end to financial "data chaos" in Private Equity?

The starting point
Aurelia is a startup founded by two Private Equity professionals who identified a structural and persistent problem in the sector: financial data chaos. PE firms periodically receive reporting from each portfolio company, but each company reports its P&L, balance sheet, and operational metrics in different formats, with their own accounting criteria, heterogeneous structures, and variable levels of detail.
What should be comparable and actionable information becomes, in practice, a manual process of data cleaning, reconciliation, and reorganization. A significant portion of the team's time is spent normalizing, ordering, and reinterpreting that information before they can even analyze it.
"Being insiders in the sector, we identified a problem related to the usual operations of Private Equity firms. The Feynman team helped us materialize a first version of the product to solve it."
