Spanish real estate agents receive daily questions about contracts, urban planning, rentals, or taxation—areas where a mistake can lead to claims, loss of trust, or legal liability.
This dependence on external advice slows down operations and increases costs. Mike was born to offer an AI-based solution capable of transforming complex legal knowledge into clear, precise, and usable answers for non-technical professionals, while maintaining a high standard of legal rigor.
The challenge was to create a virtual assistant with +95% correct answers (vs. 30-40% of an unmodified LLM) and response time under 5 seconds on WhatsApp and web. In this case study we tell you how we implemented RAG, anti-hallucination guardrails, and multi-channel integration.
